o Has identical dates and times.
o Has identical deposits and excess amounts.
o With the same inclusive services (Additional driver, GPS, car seat, etc).
o With the same booking, payment and cancellation conditions.
o Has the same pick-up and drop-off points.
o Is from the same car rental provider.
o Is not on sale, discounted or part of promotion.

• Best price guarantee is for prices on a website with a name ending in .de or on a website operated in Germany by a German company.
• The request must be made by the person who reserved and paid for the car rental or by the person on whose behalf the car rental reservation was made.

Applications will not be accepted if, in the opinion of the car rental partner, the application is reasonably the result of a printing, upload or other error, or was made with fraudulent or malicious intent.

Car rental insurance is not included in best price guarantee. Users can avail of 2 best price guarantee claims every 12 months.
